1/4 cup honey, pure maple syrup or agave
1 tbsp chia seeds
Optional: Handful of mini chocolate chips or raisins
Soften nut butter to make it easy to stir; stir dry ingredients in a medium size bowl; stir in nut butter and sweetener until evenly mixed; roll into balls or press into cookie shapes
Makes 16 energy balls
Store leftovers in a covered container
